Currently, events, notices, and deadlines are scheduled for the following dates in 2025:

• January 1, 2025 – Annual HOA dues should be paid on this date.  Notices to homeowners were mailed out in December 2024.  Included with the notice are the 2025 budget and an invoice for the annual HOA dues, which are $275.

• January 31, 2025 – Annual HOA dues are delinquent if paid after this date.

• May 9, 2025 – Estimated date for pool opening.  This date may change depending on weather and scheduling for the Department of Health inspection.

• August 7th, 2025 –  Annual Meeting will be held at Timberline Golf Club at 6:30 PM (300 Timberline Trl, Calera, AL 35040).
• September 29, 2025 – Anticipated date for pool closing.  This date may be earlier depending on the weather.
