Documents

The following are documents that residents may find helpful.  They are being provided as a resource so that residents are aware of the HOA’s purpose and activities.

  • Stone Creek Covenants – These are the restrictive covenants filed with the Shelby County Probate Court.  The covenants were created by the developer of the neighborhood and have been in place since 2003.  The HOA’s Board of Directors can not change these covenants.  Any amendment of the covenants requires a petition containing the signatures of at least two-thirds of the homeowners in Stone Creek.
  • HOA Bylaws – These are the bylaws of Stone Creek Homeowners’ Association, Inc., which is the non-profit organization that enforces covenants and maintains common areas owned by the HOA.
  • Request for Architectural Variance – This form is used to request approval to make any exterior changes to your residence, including new construction, demolition, material changes, color changes, etc.  Approval by an Architectural Review Committee is required by the covenants.  Any changes made without prior approval are subject to fines for violation of the covenants.
